These terms apply to performance.app ("the app"), operated by Enigma Data Nexus LLC, Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
The service
performance.app analyses running data from the apps you connect and shows training insights and predictions. Some features may be offered as a paid subscription; any price will be shown clearly before you pay, and you can cancel at any time.
Not medical advice
Training load, zones, predictions, run summaries and suggestions are estimates for general information. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, and stop exercising if you feel unwell.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
- Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab.
Your data and content
Your activities and data remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, access other people's data, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party services
Connections to Strava, Garmin and Google are subject to those companies' own terms. Garmin and the Garmin logo are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries; Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc. performance.app is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Enigma Data Nexus LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app first. You can stop using the app at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and you can delete or ask for a copy of your data before then.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
